With nearly 15 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, Molly Moran founded Atlas Connections with a clear mission: to help businesses build exceptional teams and guide individuals toward meaningful career opportunities.

A magna cum laude graduate of Clemson University’s business school, Molly has honed her expertise in full-lifecycle recruitment, account management, and client partnerships, delivering high-impact hiring solutions. She believes recruitment is more than just filling positions—it’s about building lasting relationships, fostering trust, and empowering businesses and professionals to reach their full potential.

Molly has been at the forefront of the data center industry, supporting critical hires across design, build, commissioning (Cx), operations, and MEP services.
